**Position Summary:**

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled **Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our **Emergency Room team**. The ideal candidate will provide prompt, efficient, and high\\-quality care to patients in urgent and emergent situations, while working collaboratively with physicians, technicians, and fellow nurses.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Provide direct patient care in accordance with hospital policies and nursing standards.
* Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting to the ER.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.
* Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes clearly and accurately.
* Respond to medical emergencies and perform life\\-saving interventions when necessary.

**Qualifications:**

* Current **Registered Nurse (RN)** license in the state of Nevada (or compact state).
* Minimum of **1 year Emergency Room experience** preferred.
* BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required (or must be obtained within 90 days of hire).
* Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work in a fast\\-paced environment under pressure.
