**About the Role/Unit:**
As a Registered Nurse with the Cath Lab team at Sinai Hospital, you play a vital role in providing specialized care to patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. You ensure patient safety and comfort while supporting the cardiology team in delivering high\\-quality care.
**Key responsibilities include:**
* Assisting physicians during cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and other interventional procedures.
* Monitoring patients’ vital signs and hemodynamic status before, during, and after procedures.
* Educating patients and families on pre\\-procedure preparation, post\\-procedure care, and recovery instructions.
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** BSN preferred; ADN required
* **Licensure:** Maryland Registered Nurse License or eligibility to obtain Maryland license
* **Certification:** American Heart Association BLS Certification and ACLS required; NIHSS required within 6 months of hire
* **Experience:** 1\\-3 years of Cath Lab experience required
