Marden Rehabilitation provides Home Health services in our patient’s homes as well as local assisted living facilities. Our goal is to provide our clients with a seamless continuity of quality care from in\\-facility care to their own homes.
We are growing and looking for experienced LPNs that are interested in providing services to our patients' with compassion, respect, and top quality care.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Participate as part of a multi\\-disciplinary team
Provide wound care
Catheter Care Management
Ostomy Care Management
Patient \\& Family/Caregiver Education
Manage medications
Qualifications/Experience:
Ohio Registered Nursing License
Current CPR certification
Experience in a Home Health setting preferred
Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
Minimum 2 years’ experience (preferred)
