**Responsibilities**

* Provide high\\-quality patient care and support in a clinical setting.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
* Participate in continuous professional development and training opportunities.
* Monitor patient progress and document changes in medical records.
* Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
* Adapt to changing healthcare environments and patient needs.
* Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
* Engage in performance reviews to identify areas for personal growth.
* Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
* Utilize data and metrics to assess and improve patient care outcomes.

**Experience/Qualifications**

* Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.
* Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a hospital setting.
* Excellent communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare teams.
* Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and safety standards.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast\\-paced and dynamic clinical environment.
* Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
* Strong problem\\-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing patient needs.
* Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation.
* Experience with data\\-driven decision making to improve patient care outcomes.
