**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Current and valid license vocational nurse license
* Minimum of 1\\-3 years clinical nursing experience, preferably in a long\\-term care or convalescent setting.
* Strong knowledge of healthcare quality assurance standards, including CMS and Joint Commission requirements.
* Proficiency in clinical documentation and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Certification in Quality Assurance or Patient Safety (e.g., CPHQ \\- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality).
* Experience with data analysis and quality improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
* Familiarity with state and federal healthcare regulations specific to long\\-term care facilities.
* Advanced training or education in nursing leadership or healthcare administration.

**Responsibilities:**
