Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations. Responsibilities: GENERAL PURPOSE:

Maintains 24 hour-a-day accountability for all patient care and nursing activities on assigned outpatient unit. Oversees and directs unit activities including standards development, human resource management, assessment of resource needs and utilization, staff development and communication within nursing practice as well as among other disciplines and departments. Oversees all performance improvement activities at the unit level and participates in committees at all levels within the institution.
The primary care network is seeking an individual with demonstrated leadership, clinical, and management skills to join our team. Will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of several regional primary care practices, management of clinical staff positions with an emphasis on retention strategies, quality of nursing care provided, and facilitating practice changes to meet patient needs. The position includes shared direct clinical oversight of Ambulatory Technicians, LPNs and RNs. Works in collaboration with primary care operations, practice managers, and medical director for those clinical areas. Must exhibit excellent communication skills, creativity and the ability to focus on teamwork and patient outcomes. Master’s degree in nursing or related field preferred. Bachelor’s degree and 3 years nursing experience required.
