What You’ll Do



•

**Provide Exceptional Care:** Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalized care for each patient.



* Lead\\& Collaborate: Supervise and coordinate care provided by LPNs and PCAs, ensuring seamless teamwork.
* Communicate with Purpose: Build bridges between physicians, families, and team members to deliver comprehensive care.


Your Work Schedule



•

**Part\\-Time Role (.6 FTE):** Enjoy flexible 12\\-hour shifts from7 a.m. to 7 p.m.



* Every Third Weekend Off: Balance work and personal life while making a difference.


What We’re Looking For



•

**Iowa RN License:** A current license is required to join our team.



* Education: While a BSN is preferred, we warmly welcome new graduates to apply.
