If yes, here’s how you will contribute to the team:
As a Specialty Clinician, you will plan and deliver specialty care to our home health patients in accordance with current company, federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations to ensure that the highest degree of quality care and dignity is maintained at all times. As a clinician leader, you will guide and support a team of LVN/LPNs and CNAs to ensure optimal care for our patients.
Must Have:
* Current, valid, and unencumbered license in your specialty (PT, OT, ST, RN) in the state of practice
* 1\\+ year of relevant clinical experience (preferred for some specialties) and at least one year home health experience
* Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long\\-term care
Nice to Have:
* Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple patients
* Experience in Skilled Nursing environment
* Experience with Kantime EMR system
