AtSaint Francis Hospital and Medical Center, the Nursing Supervisor (House) serves as the on\\-site leadership presence during nights, weekends, and holidays. This role ensures safe, high\\-quality, patient\\-centered care across all units by coordinating nursing operations, supporting staff, and resolving clinical and administrative issues. The supervisor acts as a resource for nursing teams and collaborates with other departments to maintain continuity of care and operational efficiency.
What You Will Do
* Provide on\\-site nursing leadership during nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Support and guide nursing staff across departments.
* Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and patient flow.
* Resolve clinical and operational issues in real time.
* Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
Minimum Qualifications
**Required:**
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
* Current Connecticut RN license.
**Preferred:**
* The ideal candidate will have experience in inpatient acute care nursing (3\\+ years) and leadership roles such as Critical Care, Charge Nurse, or Assistant Nurse Manager (2\\+ years).
* BLS or CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
* Fundamental Critical Care Support (FCCS).
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
* Support available for certifications post hire.

* Salary Range: $82,461\\.60 min \\- $131,976\\.00 max.
