Employment Type: Full\\-time nights 7p\\-7a 3 shifts and 1 1/2 shift\\- including every other weekend

Your Role:
As an LVN/LPN at our facility, you'll play a crucial role in providing high\\-quality healthcare services to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
* Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians


* Monitoring residents' health status and responding promptly to any changes


* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans


* Assisting residents with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well\\-being


* Providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families


* Maintaining accurate documentation of residents' health records


* Supervision of staffing

Qualifications:
* Current LVN/LPN license


* CPR certification


* Compassionate and caring attitude


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team


* Experience working with seniors is preferred but not required
