**Dyersburg Health and Rehabilitation Center** is seeking for passionate **Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)** to join our growing nursing team in Dyersburg, TN. As a LPN you will work alongside the Director of Nursing/Nurse Managers to provide the best quality care to our residents: administrating IVs and medication and monitoring the resident's vitals.
This position is full time, part time, or per diem.
**Pay Rates:**
* $22\\.00 \\- $28\\.00 per hour
$24\\.20\\-$30\\.80 per hour * \\-\\> MaxPay Program \\- Inquire during interview for program details.
**Sign on Bonus \\-\\> $10,000 sign on bonus for full time\\- paid on every paycheck for first year of employment**

**Job Requirements:**
* Active Tennessee License Practical Nurse (LPN) license

* Able to work rotating weekends
