**Job Responsibilities and Duties:**

* Conduct assessments, follow protocol, report medical or behavioral changes, and document findings
* Perform admission duties: complete assessment, MAR, TAR, POS, review chart set\\-up, physician orders, and order medications
* Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
* Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
* Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
* Respond effectively to emergency situations
