**Responsibilities for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):**


* Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their plan of care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation.
* Supervise the day\\-to\\-day nursing activities performed by Nursing Assistants.
* Monitor residents’ conditions and promptly notify physicians of any changes.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure residents receive optimal care.


**Shift Options for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):**


* Day shifts available.
* Full\\-Time or Part\\- Time all shifts (6 a.m. – 6:30 p.m., with every other weekend required.
* Flexible 12\\-hour shifts for PRN status

**Qualifications for Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):**


* Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited program or college/university.
* A current, unencumbered, active TN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
* Current CPR certification.
* At least one year of experience in Long\\-Term Care.
