We are currently seeking a skilled Locum CRNA (Nurse Anesthetist) As a crucial member of our anesthesiology department, you will play a vital role in providing anesthesia services to patients. You will be involved in a variety of projects, working closely with our medical team to ensure the highest quality of care and patient safety. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the well\\-being of individuals undergoing medical procedures while honing your expertise in anesthesia.


### **Responsibilities:**


* Administer anesthesia before, during, and after medical procedures.
* Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed.
* Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation related to anesthesia administration.
* Respond promptly to emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions.
* Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures in the administration of anesthesia.
* Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions as required.
* Stay updated on advancements in anesthesia techniques and technologies.


### **Requirements:**


* Valid CRNA certification and state licensure.
* Demonstrated experience in administering anesthesia in a healthcare setting.
* Strong understanding of anesthesia principles, practices, and protocols.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast\\-paced and high\\-pressure environment.
* Attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care and safety.
* Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.


Schedule: 7a\\-3p


Beeper Call Shifts: 3p\\-7a, every 4th night and 4th weekend


Case Types: General, endo, OB, GYN, orthopedics, and limited acute pain management


Spinals and epidurals required


Team Structure: 4 CRNAs per day


**Must be board\\-certified**
