Saint Luke's East Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Medical Specialty Unit. This is an excellent opportunity to gain acute care experience in a supportive hospital environment and grow within one of the region's most respected health systems.
Shift: Full Time Days (7\\-7\\)
In hospital setting, accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies, rules, guidelines and procedures.
**Job Requirements**
Applicable Experience:
Basic Life Support \\- American Heart Association or Red Cross, IV Certification \\- National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS), Registered Nurse \\- Various
Associate Degree
