Ten Broeck Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing seeking Full\\-Time and Part\\-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for evening (3p\\-11p), overnight (11p\\-7a), and weekend shifts. We are also offering a $7,500 sign\\-on bonus for the Full\\-Time Evening, Overnight, or Double Weekend Evening Overnight shifts, a $5,000 sign\\-on bonus for all other full\\-time shifts, and a $2,500 sign\\-on bonus for part\\-time.

**Pay Rate:** $28\\.00\\-$32\\.00/hour

Some of your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities include:
* Admissions, Discharge and Transfers of residents
* Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians
* Medication administration
* Following infection control, emergencies, and other center policies
* Collaborating with resident’s interdisciplinary team to provide the best outcomes
* Identifying and reporting all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy
* Works under direct supervision in accordance with the state\\-specific Nurse Practice Act, facility Policies and Procedures, and nursing judgment.
* Delivers nursing care to patients/residents requiring long\\-term or rehabilitative care.
* Collects patient/resident data, makes observations, and reports pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident.
* According to state\\-specific regulations, implements the patient/resident plan of care and evaluates the patient/resident response.
* In accordance with state\\-specific regulations, directs and supervises care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations.
* Maintains knowledge of necessary documentation requirements.
* Maintains knowledge of equipment set\\-up, maintenance and use, i.e., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.
* Maintains confidentiality and patient/resident rights, regarding all patient/resident/ personnel information.
**Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) QUALIFICATIONS:**
* LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) licensed by the State
* CPR Certification required
* Two Years prior nursing experience preferred
