Are you a dedicated nurse looking to make a real impact? Were seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to join our team and provide compassionate, high\\-quality care. In this role, youll be hands\\-on in supporting individuals served through the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationwhile collaborating with a supportive team of healthcare professionals.

**What Youll Do**
* Assist in assessing individuals served physical, psychological, and social needs
* Contribute to individualized treatment planning with RNs and other team members
* Implement treatment plans, including diagnostic tests and individuals served teaching
* Administer medications safely (including IV therapy, when certified)
* Monitor and document individuals served care using SOAP charting
* Support minor medical or surgical procedures as directed
* Respond to health emergencies with confidence and professionalism
* Ensure controlled substances and medical supplies are properly counted and secured
**What Were Looking For**
**Education**
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing (required)
**Experience**
* At least 1 year of acute medical experience (required)
**Licenses/Certifications**
* Current, unrestricted LPN license in the state of practice or multi\\-state compact license (required)
