**Key Responsibilities:**
* Administer medications and monitor patient responses, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols.
* Perform assessments, including vital signs and other clinical evaluations.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and counselors to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Provide patient education on health management and treatment goals.
* Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
* Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
**Qualifications:**
* Active LPN license in Florida
* Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (experience in substance abuse or behavioral health preferred).
* Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
