**LPN Responsibilities:**
* Implement and assess treatment and care plans with sound judgment and critical thinking
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation aligned with the plan of care and nursing processes
* Perform skills, treatments, and procedures in line with state Nurse Practice Act and agency protocols
* Ensure quality care in accordance with established standards
**LPN Qualifications:**
* Active, unencumbered Practical Nurse license in the state of care
* At least one year of nursing experience required; three years preferred
* Current CPR certification and negative TB skin test or chest X\\-ray
* Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
* Strong clinical skills and self\\-direction, with minimal supervision required
* Excellent communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking, and understanding)
* Physical ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds
* Client mobility support as needed
