We’re currently seeking a **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** to help us build a positive, emotionally safe, and supportive environment where adolescents feel seen, heard, and empowered.
**What You’ll Do:** As an LPN with Anderson Health Services, you’ll be more than a nurse—you’ll be a crucial part of a dynamic treatment team. You’ll help create a nurturing, non\\-punitive environment where adolescents can begin to thrive. Your responsibilities will include:
* Evaluating and implementing patient care plans tailored to individual needs
* Monitoring, documenting, and communicating patient conditions and progress
* Collaborating with a multi\\-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care
* Participating in daily updates with the Treatment Team to align care strategies
**What We’re Looking For:**
* Graduate from an accredited nursing program
* Valid **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)** license in the state of North Carolina
* A heartfelt desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of youth
* A strong sense of empathy, emotional regulation, and openness to learning
* Must be 21 or older with a valid NC driver’s license and a clean driving record
* Must pass a background check and drug screening
