The **Birthing Specialist / Program Administrator** will serve as United And Guided’s **Licensed Midwife** and core member of the Dyadic Care clinical team. This position blends administrative leadership with hands\\-on perinatal care to ensure that families receive **whole\\-person, dyadic, and culturally responsive services** from pregnancy through a child’s early years.
**Key Responsibilities**
Provide prenatal, labor, postpartum, and lactation support for program participants.

* Collaborate with the LCSW and Mental Health Specialist to deliver **integrated Dyadic Care**.
Conduct developmental and perinatal screenings, charting within Medi\\-Cal guidelines.
*
Supervise and mentor Co\\-Ed Doula Teams and Community Health Workers.
*
Develop program schedules, community workshops, and family education materials.
*
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and care coordination.
*
Represent UAG in local birth equity coalitions and early childhood partnerships.

**Qualifications**
* **Licensed Midwife (California Medical Board)** required.
2\\+ years of perinatal or community midwifery experience preferred.
*
Strong documentation, communication, and team leadership skills.
*
Experience with trauma\\-informed, culturally responsive birthing support.

**Compensation \\& Benefits**
* Annual salary: **$78,000–$88,000 DOE**
