**FaithCare Health Medical \\& Wellness Clinic** is a growing, patient\\-centered healthcare practice in Honolulu specializing in primary care and wellness services, including IV infusions, vitamin injections, vaccinations, and mobile wellness therapies. **Position Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced **IV Registered Nurse (RN)** to join our wellness team on a **per diem** basis. The RN will provide IV infusion therapies, vitamin injections, vaccinations, and hydration treatments **in\\-clinic**, via **mobile wellness visits**, and in **community settings** such as foster homes and care homes. This role is ideal for a nurse who enjoys a flexible schedule, has strong IV and vaccination skills, and thrives in a wellness\\-focused and community\\-serving practice.
**Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and administer IV infusion therapies, vitamin injections, hydration treatments, and vaccines according to provider orders and clinic protocols.
* Perform **mobile IV visits** and **vaccination services** at client homes, foster homes, and care facilities.
* Conduct pre\\-treatment assessments, monitor patients during treatments, and document all care in the EMR.
* Maintain strict infection control, vaccine handling, and safety standards.
* Educate clients on treatment benefits, possible side effects, and aftercare instructions.
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation per Hawaii Board of Nursing regulations and clinic policy.
* Assist with inventory and supply management for IV, injectable, and vaccine products.
**Qualifications:**
* Active **Hawaii RN license** in good standing.
* Minimum 1 year of recent IV therapy and injection/vaccination experience (clinic, hospital, ER, public health, or infusion center).
* Current BLS/CPR certification.
* Professional, reliable, and able to work independently.
* Flexible availability for scheduled clinic shifts and mobile visits.
* Valid Hawaii driver’s license and reliable transportation for mobile services.
**Preferred Experience \\& Skills:**
* Proficiency in **Ilocano** or **Tagalog** for better communication with our diverse patient community.
* Wellness and holistic medicine background.
* Experience with vitamin therapy, hydration therapy, public health nursing, or vaccination clinics.
**Schedule:**
* Per diem / flexible scheduling based on patient bookings and community needs.
* Potential for increased hours as the clinic grows.
**Pay:**
* **$60–$65 per visit/treatment** (based on experience).
