* Pediatric education
* INR checks
* Administer wound care and wound vac placement
* Provide disease process education
* Practice safe delivery of physician ordered care to patients in a home environment
* Perform patient assessments
* Provide feeding tube management and education
* Administer and manage medication
* Provide central line management, lab draws, and education
* Perform accurate and concise documentation
**Job Description*** **You will:**
* Treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel
* Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
* Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care
* Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self\\-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.
**Qualifications**
* **What we are looking for:**
* PICC/Central line experience highly preferred
* An active Arizona (or compact state) registered nurse license in good standing
* CPR for healthcare providers
* The ability to provide direct patient care
