**Job Description:**
The **Infusion Nurse** is a highly trained medical professional who provides competent, compassionate nursing care of the highest standard. This position administers infusions and is responsible for various office/administrative responsibilities.
**Responsibilities**
--------------------
* Provide infusion therapies to patients and monitor their care during infusions.
* Serve as liaison between patients, physicians, hospital systems, and office staff.
* Communicate effectively, courteously, and professionally with patients, physicians, vendors, employees, guests, and all others accessing the practice.
* Administer injections as ordered by physicians.

**Qualifications**
* Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment will be verified prior to employment.
* BLS, CPR, \\& ACLS certifications required and will be verified prior to employment.
* Minimum of two (2\\) years of nursing experience.
* Excellent IV therapy skills are required.
* BLS required.
* Excellent customer service capabilities are required.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Critical care, infusion, or oncology nursing experience preferred.
