**Summary**


#### **Position Summary**


As a **Nursing Supervisor / Hospital Operations Coordinator (RN)** at LifeBridge Health, you will play a vital leadership role in overseeing clinical and administrative operations during your assigned shift. You will be responsible for coordinating care delivery, supporting clinical teams, responding to emergent situations, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes for our adult and geriatric populations.


### **Key Responsibilities**


#### **Clinical Leadership**


* Conduct continuous rounding across all units to monitor clinical operations
* Respond promptly to emergencies, including Rapid Response Team (RRT) and Code Blue activations
* Assess clinical conditions and diagnostic results to support real\\-time decision\\-making
* Identify early warning signs of clinical deterioration and intervene accordingly
* Provide on\\-the\\-spot education and clinical support to nursing staff
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and perform audits as needed

#### **Operational Oversight**


* Facilitate the smooth implementation of patient care plans and clinical education
* Ensure delivery of safe, efficient, and effective care to all patients during the shift
* Assist staff in developing and communicating thorough 24\\-hour reports

#### **Supervisory \\& Professional Responsibilities**


* Uphold the mission, vision, and values of LifeBridge Health in all supervisory duties
* Complete shift supervisor reports with detailed documentation of clinical incidents, employee performance, and follow\\-up actions
* Utilize the incident reporting system and ensure proper resolution and feedback on reported events
* Serve as a resource and liaison between frontline staff and hospital leadership

### **Qualifications**


#### **Education \\& Experience**


* Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience with strong supervisory or team lead experience

#### **Licensure \\& Certifications**


* Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland
* American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification
