The **Clinical Director (Registered Nurse, RN)** is responsible for overseeing and directing the patient care operations of the home care facility under the direction of the Home Health Executive Director.
* Coordinates and completes assigned projects to effectively support the immediate and long\\-range objectives of the company.
* Oversees the eligibility of patients referred to home care services, planning for the services to be provided to patients and supervising their total home health care.
* Implements and maintains administrative practices, agency philosophy, goals, and policies which assure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
* Enhances the profitability of the agency and engages with the team to assure the quality of services delivered.
Education \\& Experience
* Must be a licensed registered nurse in the state of operation.
* At least 3 years of experience in a hospice, home health, or other health care service delivery system setting preferred.
* At least 2 years of healthcare leadership preferred.
* Current CPR certification.
* Current Driver's License and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
