**As a Nurse you will:**
* Provide specialized, complex care to meet the nursing/medical needs your patient.
* Educate and support the family and caregiver in meeting personalized care goals.
* Complete initial and on\\-going comprehensive assessments of your patient’s needs.
* Initiate appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures.
* Support the patient’s and family’s cultural beliefs.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* Current, unencumbered licensure (RN/LPN) through the Arizona State Board of Nursing, or comparable Compact State License.
* Proficiency with computers and use of electronic medical records.
* Valid driver's license, with maintenance of safe driving record, and an automobile that is insured in accordance with state requirements.
* Valid AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card.
* Position requires regular local travel to fulfill job responsibilities and will include daytime and evening hours.
* Familiarity with geriatric needs (examples include diabetic care, patient education, wound care, ostomy care, and home safety education).
* Experience in Med/Surge, ICU, and ER preferred.
