**Job Duties:**
* Supervise patient care
* Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiate and update the plan of care
* Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission
* Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed
* Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation
**Qualifications:**
* Current Louisiana RN license \\& CPR certification required
* RN with a master’s degree in psychiatric or mental health nursing; or RN with a bachelor’s degree in nursing with one year of experience in an active treatment unit in a psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic; or RN with a diploma or associate degree with two years of experience in an active treatment unit in a psychiatric or mental health hospital or outpatient clinic.
* Compassionate Psychiatric RN with great time management skills
* Professional knowledge and experience indicating an adequate understanding of diagnoses and treatments of mental disorder and medication side effects/effects
* Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred
