Amcare Pro Home Health is a mid\\-size home health care company with offices in East Texas and Dallas. We are currently interviewing for a **FT/PRN LVN Field Nurse** position.



We are looking for a candidate that not only possesses the clinical background but also has the leadership qualities \\& skills to grow with the company. We are looking for a team player that doesn't hesitate to take the initiative, plays an active part in contributing to the company's growth. Previous Home Health Care experience is a must. Familiarity with electronic charting (AXXESS/WELLSKY) is a plus.



**Job Details**



The LVN will be required to perform home health follow\\-up visits and report to the RN. The LVN must have knowledge/experience with home health forms, Medicare guidelines, rules \\& regulations.



**Qualifications**



1\\. Must currently be licensed in the state of Texas

2\\. Should have at least 1 year of clinical experience

3\\. Prior Geriatric home health care experience is a preferred

4\\. Should have Reliable Transportation \\& Car insurance

5\\. Must be able to pass background check \\& have valid CPR

6\\. Bilingual is a PLUS
