We are looking for a compassionate and experienced nurses with a passion for care and who wants to make a difference and has the following qualities:

+ Develop personalized care plans for each resident based on observation and expertise.

**Job Requirements/Qualifications**:


* Licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana \\& maintain license required
* Experience in a geriatric setting preferred
* Experience in a Memory Care/Alzheimer's unit a plus


**Schedule:**


* Hourly rate based on experience
* 12hr shift Nights
* Weekends and Holidays: Must work a rotating schedule
