We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Director of Nursing (DON)** to lead our skilled nursing facility in **Cincinnati, Ohio**. The DON will oversee all aspects of nursing operations, ensuring the highest quality of resident care, regulatory compliance, and team engagement. ### **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide strategic leadership and daily oversight for the nursing department.
* Ensure delivery of high\\-quality, person\\-centered clinical care in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Requirements:
**Qualifications**
* Current **RN license** in the State of Ohio (required).
* Minimum **3–5 years of nursing leadership experience**, preferably in long\\-term care or skilled nursing.
* Strong understanding of **state and federal regulations (CMS, OBRA, etc.)**.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate diverse clinical teams.
* Excellent organizational, communication, and critical\\-thinking skills.
