Summary:

With the recent opening of an additional Surgery Center and an Orthopedic \\& Sports Medicine Institute, there are exciting opportunities for CRNAs to contribute to the expansion of our services.

* Guarantee of 40 hours/week pay with guaranteed scheduled premium hours.
* Premium Pay rate of $200/hour for any hours over 40 in a workweek.
