Calling all healthcare heroes! True Friends is looking for all\\-stars like you to help provide our campers with positive life changing experiences this summer. Trade clinics for campfires as you make life\\-long friends while gaining hands\\-on experience that makes a real difference in an electrifying community of campers of all ability levels.
**Schedule:** Seasonal, Early May \\- Late August 2025
**Location:** Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN
**Pay:** $1133\\-1293 per week based on tenure with True Friends

**How You'll Contribute:**
* Be responsible for educating Camp Nursing Assistants of necessary physical and medical skills.
* Works closely with seasonal leadership to support campers, staff, and volunteers effectively.
* Responsible for overall medical care administered to campers/staff and the daily documentation of such care including nursing notes.
* Delegates to appropriately trained staff the tasks of distributing/charting medications.
* Responsible for ensuring that wellness screening for campers is completed.
* Tracks happenings and needs of camp through various tools in place.
**What You'll Bring to the Table:**
* RN or LPN and valid MN Nursing License
* CPR Certification
* Age 21\\+
* Successfully able to lead and coach others
* Able to handle physical aggression and challenging behaviors
* Ability to support others in daily living tasks
* Must be able to pass an organizational background study
* Organized and are able to pay great attention to detail.
* Knowledgeable in procedures congruent with True Friends nursing healthcare policies
* Passionate about making a difference in the world.
* Eager to take initiative and have a strong work ethic.
* Able to be flexible and adapt to an ever\\-changing environment.
* Highly valued but not required: Lifeguard certification, camping experience, prior experience with individuals with disabilities.
