As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team, ensuring operational excellence across our clinic and concierge services, and supporting the growth of our wellness programs. You'll oversee day\\-to\\-day operations, mentor staff, manage scheduling, track inventory, and collaborate with leadership to meet both clinical and business goals\\-all while providing patients with the highest quality care in a modern, spa\\-like setting.

### **Responsibilities**

* Administer IV infusions and injections with precision and care
* Lead and support a high\\-performing clinical team
* Oversee provider scheduling, staffing, and daily operations
* Conduct inventory audits and ensure proper supply levels
* Work within the weight loss team and support wellness services
* Provide ozone consultations and assist with hormone replacement procedures
* Review provider charts for accuracy and compliance
* Deliver an exceptional, compassionate patient experience
* Resolve patient concerns promptly and professionally
* Support mobile/concierge services as needed
* Promote retail product sales and wellness packages
* Maintain a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment

### **Requirements**

* **EXCELLENT IV skills required**
* Active RN license with **minimum 2 years ER or high\\-acuity nursing experience**
* Strong leadership, multitasking, and organizational skills
* Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
* BS in Nursing
* Flexible schedule (including some weekends and holidays)
* Reliable transportation for mobile/concierge appointments
* Experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service preferred
